Sweet! Here’s a set of Adobe icon pillows, featuring the most popular Adobe programs out there. You get a $10 discount if you the whole set, but these are kinda outdated really. These icons feature the Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3) icons, which most people still use today. But I’m sure that those who have updated to CS4 like myself, want the CS4 icons! You’ll be sure to have sweet design dreams, just beware cos I heard that the Flash pillow gives weird Actionscript nightmares…

This powerful thought provoking advert was designed by CLM BBDO in Paris, France,  for the Nicholas Hulot Foundation. The foundation is an environmentalist group that was created in 1990. The ad was taken from the famous image of the second plane crashing into the world trade center, and was photoshopped to replace the skyscrapers with trees. Really cool idea. Oh man, these Video tutorials are just too damn funny,even if you don’t use Photoshop, its definitely still worth a look! These videos are actually classified as a Comedy Series, not tutorials, and was nominated for Best Comedy Series at the 2009 Webbys. In case you didn’t know, the Webby Awards is an international award, thats credits excellence and popularity for online media. The videos are about Donnie Hoyle, who fails to seperate his personal problems with his wife from his actual tutorials, leading him to vent through photoshop! You have to watch to understand, guranteed a laugh. Since the last time I checked, his Video has 2,318,619 hits on youtube and 1,115,440 on the main broadcasting website. Nice!

Adobe Flash is a program that can be used to animate things you create in the program itself, photoshop or illustrator. The powerpuff girls for example, were animated using Adobe Flash. Flash also has a built-in scrtipting language called Actionscript, which is used to program interaction into elements, such as a button in a website, and even create games.
